Please Note: The issues related to the Ministerial Staff of the Government of India Offices, i.e. merger of the posts of LDC & UDC, Granting of MACP on hierarchical basis, Granting of Rs. 4200 grade pay to UDCs on the line of UDCs of Central Secretariat Staff are pending with in National JCM/ National Anomaly Committee. Thus without convening the meeting of these forum our demands cannot be met. All Units/readers are requested to please send the telegram/savingram on 25th May without fail.

yes, absolutely right. We have to make all out efforts to get the old ACP implemented as new MACP scheme has huge monetary loss or under MACP promotional hierarchy should be granted. As far as the the grade of UDC is concerned, they should be granted grade pay 4200 w.e.f. 1.1.2006 just like it was done in the case of Assistant or PA. I am requesting the General Secretary of the association to make some firm decision to get it implemented other the association will lose its recognition.
