 It is a great pleasure to me to wish you all the best for the forthcoming GB of All India association of Administrative Staff (NG), though I miss to witness the celebration with the congregation of great leaders at Nagpur.  I hope the meeting will throw a light on the issues relating to the ministerial staff which are forbidden for long by the authorities. They should get their due in the forthcoming days. And your initiation, effort, hard work and vision should open the eyes of everybody, concerned.
