I humbly request all the dvocates, respondents of theese SLP's. Kindly prepare yourself with all relevent documents and prvious judgeents, evidences etc., and present the case that there should not be any loopholes. The union leadrs also requested to assit the advocaess and resondents with all favour documents. Then you see the victry. The victry will not for only effected employees but the credit will go the respondants and dvocatees.

  2. Yes it is absolutely true. If we all present and pursue our case seriously and in effective manner there is no doubt that we are sure to win. It should be remembered that in MACP benefit is given on promotional hierarchy in higher scales where already ample avenues of promotion already exits but in lower cadre it is given on pay matrix. Is this not construed as anomaly?

  3. Very pathetic service condition of General Central Service category. Even work load is high, but career benefits less and nil. Dear all who are directly involved to process this court case including pledging advovates, u must prepare for this last time. Otherwise nothing will happen. What a delay tactics of devlivery of justice even judgement, whether even or odd. Shame shame.

  4. The date mentioned above may be further changed. The present ruling govt. is not willing to give anything in favour of the employees. There fore there is no need for any kind of expectations from Supreme court because the SC is controlled by Narendra Modi.
