It is evident from the actions of Union leaders that Govt. and Union are hand in glove and they are cheating the poor government employees. If we see the track record of unions since 6th CPC. Anomalies of 6th CPC were not addressed till date. Unions kept mum on these issue. Main cheaters are Union leaders. There is proverb that "Barking dogs never bite".
