  3. Dear sir please u r soo heartily requested to include LDC UDC issue in the agenda item. Such a golden chance may not come further. It is burning issue and LDC UDCs suffering most due to comparative low wage but highest responsibility. Please please. Our hope u wl sure do something best and best.

  4. Earlier JCA refused to do something best for LDC and UDCs for quest of proper channel representation. Now it is possible through agenda setting and all control is in your hand. Hope that u will make best for us.

  5. Explain how people are suffering for want of no promotional avenues and importance of MACP on promotional hierarchy.If these two demands are accepted then it will lessen the grievances of all who are led down by 7thCPC

  6. I have full not but some faith on you that you will really get some financial up-gradation for LDC/UDC cadre.
    Because all of us know how they work but their salary not satisfactory.
    If you ask a LDC/UDC what is your salary they never told you because their salary is as equal as MTS.so,

  7. What about cadre restructuring of lab staff in Corps of EME. Ever since post was created NOT ONCE CADRE REVIEW WAS CARRIED OUT. ITS BEEN MORE THAN 50 YEARS..
