  3. This is too much. Our judicial system should be made accountable. Due to callous attitude of SC, all this happening. It seems that SC and Govt. are in hand-in glove.
    Now-a-days, SC judements are based on whims and fancies of the Hon'ble Judges. As we see in most of the cases, SC puts a rider that this judgment is applicable to the applicants only. That means, SC is encouraging others to file cases.

    1. My dear. The SC Judges have no time to hear our case as most of time they are spending with so called "Important" Political matters. Due to delaying tactice of Judiciary, crimes are increasing day by day people like us are suffering badly for justice.

  4. Nothing will be happened. All Union / Associaion are trying but nothing positive from the government or the Court. Even they challenged the judgement of CAT for granting of MACPS in permotional herarchey.

  7. The case running in Supreme court of India is purely useless.We will not get nothing from the SC. No justice will be given from the court. The SC is in favour of the Govt. Then why we have expect anything from SC. There is no need for giving any fees to any Advocate. They are also not capable of doing anything to us. Forget them. Why this this site is mentioning about postponement of the case again and again. Foolish employees. Pl. forget MACP on promotional hierarchy.

  8. Needless to say, it is useless to think over MACP on promotional hierarchy. The case is even failed to get hearing for the last 2 years. How can we expect justice from SC? It is clearly understood that SC is in favour of Govt. not for employees. And our leaders are paper tigers. they just roar. God will only help us.

  10. Friends this is for LDC/UDC looking the present scenario, be prepared for another postpone from July 19, 2016 to next date. The reason will be the same as less number of judges on the bench so postponed till their retirement or retirement of all LDC & UDC employees in India. Then there is no question of upgradation.

  12. The proceedings of this case and repeatedly postponing the case for hearing by Supreme court must be come in media and public should know the working of our honorable and ultimate Supreme Court. It should also bring to notice of our Prime Minister and President.

  14. Judicial system is corrupted before to become a Judge of High Court, the price is between 3 to 5 crores. This type of Judges are in the court, common man can not expect justice in India. Now-a-days, judgments are in the whims and fancies of the Judges not on the principals.

This case is not of political, sports, film industry etc.which attracts the system for glamour....for debate on social medias,tv channels, print media.....but it is related to poor employees of Government of India whos junior colleagues gets higher pay scale & perks but the seniors are bound to suffer and feel humiliated at every moment while on work. And this case's pend ency indicates these employees who is looking for logical,legal and just & fair treatment may have to face more humiliation, frustration and mental agony. Because the date after date is just reminding the famous film "Mohan Joshi Hazir Ho" of Bhisma Sahni as well as of Sunny Deol's famous dialogue --Taikh pe Tarikh...". Bhai, who hear & heard the plea of poor & suffering persons. Hahh !!! So make effort as said in Srimad Bhagwat Gita- "Karmanye wa dhikarastu...maa falesu kadachan" but be eventually ready for as said by Tulsi Das ji -- Jahi bidhi rakhe Ram tahi bidhi rahiye"....Also Samsar to Maya hai isse kya pana kya khona...... but these are applicable to these sufferers only.Jai Hind kyonki Mera Bharat Mahan Hai.

  19. govt can take skilled workforce for higher level work by granting macp on promotional hierarchy without giving proper designation instead of that they can grant honarary designation which doesn't create any vacancy.

    both way benefits but unfortunately they are denying it

  22. Aaj ek private firm K corporate office me kaam karne wala byakti jo sarkari office me aur apne office ka kaam dekhta hai wo bhi 25000 - 40000 ka salary paata hai aur jab wo apni salary sarkari clerk Ko battata hai to koi soch nahi sakta saala kaha kaha phatta hai

  23. Cat case about ldc may be postponed upto the year of 2090. So we r wait and wait until we dai. Modi and also Leaders r not favourable us. They take care of only their profit. Thay r always says just like filmi dialogue. No one leader ldc or udc(post). Hence they could not understand our very very genuine problem which is injustice for us. So it's time to awake up all ldc and udc and fight against Modi's government and also sleeping leaders of various association.

  24. Sir what are your actions plans for upgradation of grade pay of LDCs and UDCs. Have you raised the point before JCM after the same was denied by pay commission. What are the thoughts of national council JCM on this issue. Are we only dependent on the court case which gets postponed every now and then. The LDCs and UDCs of not only your department but also of other departments are relying on you. Since you blogs has created a wave. YOU MUST BE CLEAR WITH YOUR THOUGHTS AND SPEAK AND POST ABOUT THIS ISSUE. This I say with utmost respect,humility and hope. Hope you understand our situation. Thank you.

Central Government headed by Modi is trying to close many central government establishments all over india to avoid the expenditure arise out of implementation of 7th cpc.This will be started by them from January 2017 without much publicity. Privatization will also be initiated.Parliamentarian can stop this by questioning this anti employee attitude shown by BJP government.

  35. CPC's never ending motive of bargaining with the pay of LDCs & UDCs is sadly ridiculous. Their pay structure was/is always used as an instrument to appease the lower ranks tactically. In 6cpc, when all group D were merged and placed with GP 1800 (Rs. 100 less than the GP of LDC), the GoI and CPC were successful in hallucinating the erstwhile Group D categories. The pay of LDC is always pledge as a stabiliser while constituting a financial decision. Why???
    Ironically, the most important tasks of every pay commission is to conclude the pay of lower ranks on comparison made with the pay of LDCs. This simply shows how justice is interpreted in our INCREDIBLE India. Can't the CPCs present other suitable excuses to appease other
    ranks?
    The LDCs and UDCs need appropriate pay too. It is not understood on what basis our pay is actually fixed so far. (*Works/Jobs: We work heavier than DEOs, no doubt. *Responsibilities: All offices' responsibilities shouldered without hesitation.) In fact, it is not due to India's uncontrolled extreme unemployment, but to the humble hope we cherished for a positive move from the CPC or GoI, silence are kept till date. We believed that our plight and grievances will be considered by OUR government. After all, whose government are they??

    The GoI and CPCs need to retrospect our hardships and responsibilities. We need our pay to be fixed according to our tasks. Obviously, inspite of all such negligences and step-motherly treatment, we hold fast to our allegiance and are still ready to handle every complicated issues or jobs. Offices must move on, of course! The sacrificial acceptance to any extra works for the sake of smooth-functioning of offices is our sincere obligations.

    Technically, we could not spare our time to leave our duties/responsibilities and chant slogans on the road. That's our weakness. And here it is vehemently misinterpreted and our genuine issues are diverted. We are paid to survive only. We need to live too. We kept on tolerating the widely differences between works and pay. Now, positive response from the concern authority for our humble efforts is pertinent and undeniable. When we are available for duty 24/7, we need our status/dignity be maintained proportionately with our AVAILABILITY. We badly need a motivation! God help!

    while the staff side is fighting for the increasuing in mimi,um pay . the empowered committe is changed the MACP recommendation regarding MACP. Where as the 7th cpc is clearly recommended that there is no difference between MACP and Promotion ,the empowered committee changed that entirely by introducing a sentence " In the Pay matrix immediate next level". Also If you see the pay matrix the columns of 4200,4600,4800 there is no difference in the pay levels. So Once If one is reached 4200 whether it is 10years (4600) or 20years (4800) there will be no change in his pay except for one additional increment. Effectively if the 6th CPC has put a nail on the coffin of the (4200,4600,4800) the 7th CPC has killed the entire middle cadre.
    Whether the union leaders are aware of this or not i Don't know. It looks like they are sleeping just as in 6th CPC. where even though the CPC has clearly said that 4800 is not a running scale the EC has introduced it as a running scale which affected the entire middle cadre

  37. All this confederation leaders are purchased, they taken money against implementing the 7th CPC recommendations. Why the strike has been deferred? when there is no assurance from govt regarding changing fitment formula and others demand. Now all this protest by this leaders are nothing but eye wash.
