Pillai sir I am posted as UDC in the department, my basic pay as on 31-12-2015 is 14330/ in GP 2800/- multiply this pay 2.57 the pay goes to 36828/- Pay in pay matrix fix at 37000/-Whereas my junior drawing less pay than mine in GP 2400 his basic pay is 14220/- multiply this by 2.57 the pay goes to 36545/ Pay in pay matrix fix at 37500/-. Pillai sir please this facts to knowledge of anamoly committee.

7th CPC has recommended the benchmark to "Very Good" with no difference between financial upgradation and promotion i.e. MACP in the promotional hirerachy. However the while accepting the recommendation the benchmark has been taken as Very good the other aspect that the promotional hirerachy has entirely been neglected.The unions has to look into this aspect instead of fighting for the benchmark
What would be benif of MACP from Grade pay 1900 to 2000. Not even one rupee.There is no difference on rate of increments and this anomaly needs to be rectified.
