  3. while the staff side is fighting for the increase in minimum pay . the empowered committe is stealthily changed the MACP recommendation regarding MACP. Where as the 7th cpc is clearly recommended that there is no difference between MACP and Promotion ,the empowered committee changed that entirely by introducing a sentence " In the Pay matrix immediate next level". Also If you see the pay matrix the columns of 4200,4600,4800 there is no difference in the pay levels. So Once If one is reached 4200 whether it is 10years (4600) or 20years (4800) there will be no change in his pay except for one additional increment. Effectively if the 6th CPC has given a slow poison (4200,4600,4800) the 7th CPC has killed the entire middle cadre.while the union leaders are sleeping as at the time of 6th cpc. IN 6th cpc even though the commission clearly mentioned that 4800 is not a running scale ,the EC has stealthily introduced 4800 as a running scale the the detriment of the employees without any protest from the JCM

    1. Grade Pay 4200, 4600 got too much by merger to Group B, Mr. Sir. Just calculate the 40% of your 5th CPC scale upper limit and match with Grade pay. Then u will see how much Fayda u got except all Group C like LDCs and UDCs. So dont cry please.

    2. Just I want to know the final date. I am one of the sufferer & frustrated LDC/UDC. This is my last CPC which demoralised me.

    1. Because NC JCM(Staff side) is useless body. It should be re-constituted so that all cadres like Clerical cadre, EDP, MTS can be included and can negotiate.

  11. Sir,
Library and Information Asstt appointed Grade Pay 4200/-Having essential Qualification Graduate academic degree+graduate in Library Sc, Ist MACP after 10 yr 4600/ ( Asstt Library and Information Officer ) after 20 yr in 7th Cpc he will get 2nd MACP 4800/ actually if he be given macp on promotional hiarchy he will get 6600/ ( Library and Information Officer) pay. So there are great loss for Library and information Asstt as there are no promotional avenues for them. Hon'ble Surem Court think about it seriously.
