It was a foolishness of the Century to withdraw the Strike proposed w.e.f. 11th July, 2016. The Ministers and Leaders are befooling the poor Central Govt. employees. In my opinion, if the strike was not withdrawn, the Govt. would have been forced to implement the 7th Pay Commission Pay with some modifications in the minimum pay (Rs.18,000/- to atleast Rs.21,000/-) and the Fitment Formula (from 2.57 to atleast 2.86). Thus by withdrawing the proposed strike, the Govt was easily able to befool the poor Group C Govt employees with the support of the Leaders.
By deferring the strike of 11th July, 2016 the so called leaders have done great mistake. The government will not do any thing. The 7th CPC in its report has not paid any heed to enhancing Pay Scales of LDC (GP-1900), UDC/Steno (GP-2400), pay parity with CSSS/CSS Cadre. Even after submitting of the report, the government has paid any heed to it. So through this Post, Mr. Shiva Gopal Mishra, Mr. T.K. R. Pillai, Mr. M. Krishnan are requested with folded hands to do something on above issues.
