employees who are members of the affiliated organisations of the Confederation
of Central Government Employees and Workers will go on indefinite strike from
11th July, 2016. The Charter of demands in pursuance of

ReplyDeletewhere is the point of poor LDC/UDC
The letter sent to the Cabinet Secretary by the Staff side on 10th Dec 2015 i.e. the 1st demand contains the demand of LDC. The full version of the letter is posted elsewhere in this website.
DeleteSorry to say that very pathetic working condition of LDC cadre in subordinate survices i.e. General Central Service cadre. No prpoer work allocation by DOPT or the very Department itself. Just to say that LDCs are doing every possible work of administration, accounts and also additionally other office responsibility. Through this blog, it is the urge to Honble P.M and the elite/erudite Indian Bereaucrats to look this pathetic matter seriously.
ReplyDeleteLet us ask for charter of duties for LDCs from DOPT. We should do our duty as per rule basis of our Recruitment Rule. I think this is the only way to achieve our demand.
ReplyDeleteDOPT will tell that the charter of duties formulated only for LDCs of cscs i.e. Junior Assistant now called. DOPT is not concern for unorganized section of Central Govt. Only the laws under their ambit is applicable uniformly without any exception. Alas to say all these things. All bureaucrats are looking our remarks. May be humble politicians. But no remedy.
DeleteShri Pillai ji, today Govt. reduced interest rate on GPF and CPF. It is requested that GPF interest issue may also be included in the charter of demands. Associations are requested to raise this issue in their forums.
