Sir, kindly take up the case of employee those who retired between Jan to June without getting the benefit of increment. As per 6th CPC a employee can earn the benefit of DNI on 1stJuly after completing 6 months minimum service. Whereas a pensioner suffer a permanent loss of one increment due to his retirement between Jan to June.
