Its really painful to see the double standard of politicians. In one way they show their commitment to fight against inequality, poverty etc.But, when we see the structure of various govt. Dept. it can easily be seen that the Depts.have changed their structures according to their convinience. In one hand we talk about equality,equal work equal pay but on the other hand the service of an LDC is taken for 10 long years and a tip of Rs.100 is given in MACP.The same cadre of Central Secreteriat is treated in other way.Actually this discrimination is not happening in service only, it is happening in our society also.It requires no evidence that today many sub ordinate offices are run by an LDC.And due to non-availibilty of an organised Union their voice is suprresed as happens I most of the cases in our society. Mere writing and publishing actions in this forum is not sufficient. We need to adopt the theory of Bhagat Singh. Ek dhamakedar strike to let this Govt.know that we are a part of democracy we have nominated them to run this country,any thing wrong against working class will not be tolerated.JAI HIND
