MACP ON PROMOTIONAL
HIERARCHY

HEARING OF SLP(C) NO. 21803/2014 (UNION OF INDIA & ORS VS.  M.V. MOHANAN NAIR) TAGGED WITH CASE NUMBERS SLP(C) NO. 22181/2014 , SLP(C) NO. 23335/2014, SLP(C) NO. 23333/2014, SLP(C) NO. 18227/2015 is adjourned.

According to information received, as soon as the case come up for hearing, the bench was informed by the court master that services of certain respondents is not completed. And accordingly the bench ordered to re-list the case after completing  the records. It may be happened due to some typographical error because the case in the same shape was allowed for hearing on 16/11/2015; at that time the case was postponed due to the reason that the counsel from Government side sought adjournment and to enable him to prepare the case the court allowed adjournment.

  3. Same old story. It is strange that once file is complete in all respects, then only case is put before the Hon'ble Judges by the Registrar. It seems that SC staff is also taking it in a casual manner. If this is case, why it was not taken care off earlier. This is only delay tactics. It seems that SC and Govt. are in hand-in-glove.

  11. Forewarned is forearemed. Against the post on 27/12/2015 it was commented and cautioned that as "Beware:: In Reeta Devi's Case (22181/2014)service of notice is not complete" expecting the possible outcome. The fear came true

The Apex court should not extend further date for the case because the motto of Govt. of India is to just delay it. Whenever the next date comes the final decision to be given. Hope the Apex court will take not of it because this case relates to the fate of lakhs of LDC/UDC in Sub-ordinate offices of Govt. of India.

  20. 7TH CPC is requested to upgrade the grade pay of all Sub-Inspectors of all CAPFs, RPF, Delhi Police RPSF and corresponding/equivalent posts of Deputy Field Officers in SSB, R&AW, ARC etc and Intelligence Officers in Narcotics Control Bureau etc because they are also doing good job under same ministry of Home Affairs and they have already been the historical pay parity in all the Pay Commission. Thanks

  26. It is indeed very sad and disappointing to note that such simple and straight cases which need not have gone to the courts in the first instance, and sould have been settled much earlier by the Deptts/DoPT itself, have been allowed by the govt to come to such an impass where no justice seems being done to the victims of biased bureaucratic tendency of the authorities. The courts are also simply adding salt to injuries by its perenial delaying tactics.
