Despite of our best efforts the counter affidavit on the SLP of Shri Babu Ram, Reeta Devi  & Dhirender Singh has not filed till 11/08/2015. Thus according to the information received to us lawyer of Shri Mohanan Nair has pleaded to de-link the case or giving exparte decision on the case. The case is posted on 14/09/2015 to consider the plea. The details of the case is given below:

  1. Shri Pillai ji, please pursue the matter with shri Babu Ram, Reeta Devi & Dhirender Singh and try that counter affidavit is filed before next hearing. This is our sincere request, as it is going to decide the future prospects of lakhs of Non-Gazetted Central Government Employees.

Respected Sir As one of our friend already requested please try to pursue with other respondents and try to get a verdict on next hearing. since the 7th Pay commission is going to submit its report very shortly, this verdict will give a big impact for the affected persons from 2008.   10. I hope this time TK Pillai will definately take initative and do the need full to the affected persons. A it should be implemented to all the Govt. Employees who are affected. If required what are the advocate charges bearing by them will be contributed. With the implementation of Promortional Hirarchy lakhs of people fate will change.

  14. MACP on Promotional hierarchy
    Counter affidavit on against all the four SLPs have been filed. The case shall come up for hearing on 24/09/2014 in Court no 4. Senior advocates on behalf of respondent & intervener shall attend. The date is very contradictory... whether 14th or 24th. Sir please confirm.

It seems inspite of huge collection for dragging the case rather finalising seems to be beneficial to few than justice and real beneficiaries may stop funding for running the case, if it gets postponed like this. Since 2008, how our seniors succeeded for drawing higher pay through macp for old Acp they got between 24 years. Fake actions for real jystice
