the Associations/ Individuals who won the case in the CAT Principal Bench, Delhi
and the Associations who are willing to give legal help to Shri Babu Ram,
Dirender Singh & Others is proposed to be held at NFPE Office, North Avenue
Post Office, New Delhi on 25th September 2014 at 2.00 P.M.

Good news that the associations and individuals are gathering in one roof for discussion the matter. If the associations are giving the legal help to whom are own the cases in courts. In this connection I am requesting the unions, associations, leaders comrades etc., to give the financial support also. If the same has given to them they are also happy and feel that the comrades, General secretaries, leaders, unions and all LDC/UDC's are with them. I am also requesting of all LD/UDC's of our nation to contribute simultaneously for getting good result or winning the cases in this battle against the Government, if the A/c No. has given in this blog. So many previous cases/judgments are fevering in this regard and so many of the readers are giving the information in blogs/sites/comments etc. of previous cases and the Case No. judgement, direction of the H'ble courts same are also publishing in ther comments, views, replys may also be referred and discussed with the advocates tomorrow it self.

In the meanwhile advocate Mr. O.P.Bhadani has been engaged to appear for SLP 22181, 23333 and 23335. But in SLP 21803 it is not known. May God Bless all time success for our association.

DeleteThough SLP 21803 and 22181 are connected parties are different. It is Mohanan Nair and Reeta Devi respectively. Hence, it is formality that an advocate should file vakkalath Nama on behalf of each resondent. Mohanan Nair must engage an advocate. He can use the same advocate.
