Daddy ,Daddy O my poor LDC daddy
ReplyDeleteOur home is dark and the Sky Is dark
Look at the sky through tiny window
Many twinkling stars and glowing moon
Yes my dear they are up above and far away
Like MACP nirnai of CAT, HC and H’ble SC
One morning will come, the sun will rise
Lit the kaaryaanvayan, and dark will go
The DOPT will wake up from their sleep
The dream of many LDC&UDCS will become real
Nirnai = judgment, kaaryaanvayan=implementation
A good piece of poem with a positive out look.
ReplyDeleteEach & every LDC/UDC has to write a letter direct to the PM asking for the necessary action may please be taken in MACP regard. As one way the implementation of strict action against Govt. Employees like bio meteric attendance declaration of financial status, late hours functioning in the office of each and every employees and other way they are ignoring to solve their basic problems.
ReplyDeleteThe Association should write to the President of India and PM of India regarding the genuine problems being faced by LDC/UDC and also MACP on promotional hierarchy. The unsatisfied employees' problems are naturally the primary concern of an employer, here the Govt. of India.
ReplyDeleteHere Government is not for solving the unsatisfied employees problems. DoPT has appointed 5 lawyers against the SLP of Shri Babu Ram as a result Government got ex-parte stay. This Government never willing to implement the MACP on promotional hierarchy and DoPT is implementing the policy decision of the Government. We should expect nothing from this Government.
DeleteIt is nice to hear that Shri S B Chaubey, General Secretary, IOFGOA had taken initiative in right direction to support the Respondents in the Supreme Court. If the association needs money to meet the expenses of the advocate, we are ready to contribute for the cause of lakhs of central Government employees. It is requested that all associations, federations should consult Shri Chaubey on this matter and share the expenses. I congratulate ShriPillaiji, in publishing the information on their website. I request Shri Pillaiji to co-ordinate with all associations and lead the case in the Supreme Court. It is the time to act without any delay.
ReplyDeleteFriends staying at Delhi, comeon let's personally meet the Secretary AIRF Sri "S.G.Mishra and request him to take the matter in his hand as he is one of the JCM member. Where we can ask directly for the steps taken by them and programmes for future in this matter.
DeleteNational JCM is useless body. We cannot expect any positive outcome from this meetings. That is only a body for 'Khao-Peeao aur Mazaa karo' body. If it is serious, it could have included MACP in promotional heirarchy as one of agenda points. You can see the working of National JCM. It is an eye-wash. Donot expect anything from a useless body like JCM.
ReplyDeletebilkul aapne uchite kaha hai JCM is useless aajtak koi output nahi MACP ke case me he dekheya itane judgement ke babjude bhi JCM koi jordar kadan nahi uthai hai
