GRANT OF MACP ON PROMOTIONAL HIERARCHY-YET
ANOTHER CASE IS FILED.
Dear friends,
Shri R Vipin Lal & Ms G Mini of Vocational
Rehabilitation Centre for Handicapped Thiruvanathapuram, Kerala has filed a
case in CAT Ernakulam vide OA No. 180/00070/2014 for granting MACP on
promotional hierarchy. It has come to know that at present around two dozen cases on the subject are under consideration of the CAT
Ernakulam. This will essentially strengthen the fight for granting of MACP on
promotional hierarchy further.
With greetings

What is the Update of Grant of MACP on promotional Hierarchy in Supreme court which was posted on 18-07-14 & 21-07-14
I think the next hearing date on this case is on 4th September, 2014. But there is no hope that there will be a decision on this date. They are going on postponing the dates till the 7th CPC submits its report. After that they may refer the case to 7th CPC
DeleteExactly! However, next hearing on the case Sanjay Kumar & Others V/s Government of India will take place at Delhi High Court on 4th September. A positive decision is hoped for.
DeleteJudgement on MACP in promotional hierarchy. It is to inform that OA 864-2014 of CAT PB was decided on 12 Mar 2014.
ReplyDeleteNCERT had appealed in the Hon'ble High Court Delhi against judgment of OA 864-2014.
Now, Delhi High Court had dismissed the NCERT appeal on 14.07.2014.
Order dated 14.07.2014 issued by Hon'ble Delhi High Court is attached for information. Judgment is also available in Delhi High Court website.
Yesterday, I have sent a copy of Judgment to Shri Pillai ji.
ReplyDeleteThe Judgement against the NCERT should be applicable to all the Central Govt. departments. I am wondered why another case is being delayed indefinitely and the next hearing is on 4th Sept, 2014. Let us wait for any judgement in favour of Govt. employees on that day. Our senior officers of DOPT are struggling hard for getting the judgement in favour of Central Govt. and not in favour of low level Central Govt. employees, who would be benefitted by the Judgement
