Sub: Upgradation of grade pay of LDC & UDC-regarding.
Dear Comrade,
I am sending a copy of the letter sent to the Hon’ble Prime Minister on the above subject for necessary action at confederation level. It has come to know that Confederation has put up an item in the National JCM, demanding the merger of the pre-revised pay scale 3050-4590, 4000-6000 & 4500-7000 for granting of Rs. 2800 grade pay. In our Organization (NSSO) LDCs are entrusted with major administrative sections viz., Establishment, Accounts, Budget, Purchase, Income Tax, Audit matters etc. with noting, drafting of the matters they dealt. All LDCs in the NSSO are trained to operate computer and doing work in computer. Copies of the work allotment to LDC by some Regions are also enclosed.
