Please raise the point of poor LDC/UDC strongly/forcefully and it should be in Charter of Demand specifically. Please do not disappoint thousands of LDC/UDC who watching this site from such a long back for something good in their life.
ReplyDeleteसमान शैक्षणिक योग्यता और कार्य भार को देख कर वेतन निर्धारित करने की मांग रखनी चाहिए जैसे एलडीसी और प्राइमरी टीचर ! दोनों की शैक्षणिक योग्यता लगभग समान है कार्यभार एक सप्ताह में एलडीसी का 57 घंटे जबकि प्राइमरी टीचर का 19 घंटे ! वेतन एलडीसी का 5200 + 1900 जबकि प्राइमरी टीचर का 9300 + 4200 है!

ReplyDeleteWhy LDC & UDC are so negleted by the PAY Commission & Higher officer of empowerment committee I think they actually unknown the poor grade pay of LDC & UDC. It is right time to convince them the actual poor condition of LDC & UDC.

ReplyDeletePlease meet the empowered committee immediately and explain the importance of two important issues which we are demanding for a long time since the implementation of VI pay commission. One is MACP in cadre hierarchy and up-gradation of LDC and UDC. We hope you will do it for the sake of thousands of employees who are affected by this issue.

ReplyDeleteNever the national council feel pity of the LDCs. Even though it knows about the injustice done on LDCs. Our Pillai Sir knows but no one wants to bring it out on bigger platform. It is the fact that this website has gained so much prominence and visitors only because of LDCs who open this website with hope.
