Thus every second is accounted. Isn’t too harsh to deduct ½ day CL for every instance of even for 1 sec late coming after the 2nd occasion? Instead if all the late comings / early goings were accounted (anyway the same being captured) and rounded to nearest half day, on a monthly basis, and adjusted against the salary payable for the month, the same would be just and reasonable. Pl. take up the issue with authorities
