I would like to bring the point here that as on today there is no grade pay system exists in 7 CPC. DOP&T Order is confusing. What is the difference of Pay ? This clarification is to be challenged in the court of law. When grade pay system is not exists, differenece of pay does not arise. what about the pay fixation factor of 2.57 and DA component on the difference of pay. This is allowed in 6th CPC. DOP&T clarification is silent on this issue. I request the National JCM to take up this matter in Anomaly Committee Meetings.
