  1. What a tragedy in our country!!!!!!! Never this country will be intregrated through our mind and nobody can stop corruption in society. Everything in our society has been damanged. No value, no justice, no peace just every thing lost. Can we get atleast any judgement from our socalled Supreme Court? I thing never becuase all persons sold them in the hands of our corruppted leaders. All are running behind money. Now I think nobody should expect any judgement in favour or against from the Supreme Court. In the country of 130 crores, just 30 jusdges, what a paradox. The politicians disabled the judiciary system to protect them. Whether repeated judicial reformation committee recommended for atleast 150 judges in Supreme Court, The honourable leaders and our socalled Maha panchayat " Parliament" is not hearing. OKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK. Its all finished.

  2. Mr. Pillai You should change the date of hearing of LDC case because it is still now showing 19.07.2016 or you openly publish the status of the LDC case on your blog.

  3. Whether the 2nd Administrative reformation commission recommended the phase out the post of LDCs. Only DOPT is exercising for Central Secretariat cadres and already changed the nomenclature. But what DOPT is doing about monitoring on the Departmental systems where no activity is being taken for administrative staffs withing its body and in subordinate offices under its control. Where all rules maintained by the DOPT is subjected to all the civilian employees but all facilities are geting by Central Secretariat Cadres. if the DOPT and the Central Govt have courgae and good will, then please come forward and put examination open to all for entering in Central Secretariat service, wash out all promotional aspects in Central Secretariat Services, make it open to all eligibles from any offices, any cadres, even from private sectors. Make it prestigious for our country, qualititative and encouraging. It is called good governance. Just you are willfully giving opportunities to some limited employees irrespective of eligibility, efficiency.

  6. Abhi Maharashtra me MLA ki sallery 75000/- se two lac kar di jo desh me sabse jayda salary pane wale MAL ban gaye hai. Govt. ka koi disha nirdesh nahi ise sambandh me. Jab employee apni jayj maange mang rahi hai to Nani...yad ..aati...hai. Bechare Lower staff jo hak hai 10 sal me wo nahi de rahe hai. LDC Garade Pay 1900 after 10 years 2000. this amount dekher netaow ko sharme nahi aati hai. ki 10 years me matra 100 Rupees increase. Aapna hak Mang rahe hai ki Grade pay 2400 de . 10 yaers me 300 jayda lag raha in netaow ko. Aapna Gulchhare urra rahe hai desh ki passo ko. 20 go bodygurat 20 go car..etc

  7. No promotion for the last 27 years and just upgradation of Rs.600/- in grade pay what a mockery of administrative reforms. Delayed Justice denial Justice.

  10. Mr. Pillai should not show only court listings. Pillai should give comments why it is delaying why he cannot try himself to stopp postphoning.

Yes,One can see the List & Listing of case in SCI web page but the Steering Committee must explain as to why the matter is not being listed for hearing.What is the strategy to fight the case in SCI? If it is to be explained than the trust & regards for Committee will continued.Is any plan to move any application before SCI for early hearing?
      Please make the people aware.
      I have a solid Example of severe injustice towards Highly Qualified Assistant Curator of the National Museum,Ministry of Culture,Govt of India.There are 20 Assistant Curator (PB2,GP Rs.4200/)in the NM.Prior to 2003 only 2 Astt.Curators had the promotional opportunity to Next Grade in the Hierarchy i.e. PB 3 GP Rs.5400/- but 18 Astt.Curators didn't had the promotional channel on next GP 5400/-.The two got the ACP in GP 5400/-but rest were given ACP in GP Rs.4600/-though they belong to same Cadre,RR was same for all Astt Curator,pay scale,duties & responsibility were same.Once the ACP denied in GP 5400/- as was given to other 2 Astt.Curator, they moved PB CAT.CAT passed an Order declaring that GP 5400/-is promotional grade for Astt.Curators in GP 4200/-.Govt amended the RR and 17 Astt.Curators were kept in the feeder Cadre of GP 5400/- where as 3 Astt.Curator were kept in Freder Cadre of 4600/-with an assurance in writing from Secretary Culture that their promotional posts in GP 4600/- will be upgraded at par with GP 5400/- as was given to other 17.
      After the amendment of RR 17 Astt.Curators were given 1st ACP in GP 5400/-,2nd ACP/MACP in GP 6600/-& 3rd MACP in GP 7600/- but remaining 3 Astt.Curators are given 1st ACP in GP 4600/-which was challenged in CAT earlier and 2nd MACP in GP 4800/- & 3rd one in GP 5400/- though these 3 Astt.Curators are senior to other 17 Astt.Curators who were given the ACP/MACP in GP 7600/- in comparison to other 3 Asst Curators.
      Though they belong to same Cadre,Having same EQ in RR,bearinh same duties & responsibilities but denied the financial benefit.Hence bound to suffer and get humiliated.
      Steering Committee may quote these cases at the stage of counter affidavit & argument.

    2. This case is an eye opener,therefore,considered as best example of gross injustice.It will prove as to why ACP/MACP is required in promotional Hierarchy not merely in Grade Pay hierarchy.

  14. it is not understandable how the date of hearing is postponed prior to 7-10 days of it. Our advocate should request the court not to postpone any more as it is matter of all central government employees. It should also be treated us most important and urgent.

  17. I joined Central Govt. service on 1.10.1996 at Rs.4000-6000 and as per 5th CPC recommendation I was eligible to get ACP on 1.10.2008. My pay would be fixed as per rule of our department at Rs.5500-8000/-(GP 4200). But due to introduction of MACP I got 1st MACP at GP2800 w.e.f. 1.9.2008 i.e. after 11 years 11 months. Where I had got benefit of financial upgradation. Can anybody say? My colleague who joined before one month had got ACP at 5500-8000( 5th CPC) and after one month I got 4500-7000( 5th CPC). Is not anomaly, not injustice.

  19. Date after date.Dialogue & counter dialogue by Judiciary & Government functioning.Both are cries that justice delayed.
    It is obvious that if you don't hear the cases which are due for hearing and get extension after extension,the pendacy will increase with many fold.
    Also if you asses the case on the scale of glamour,propganda,media sensation etc.than genuine cases related to livelihood,honour,dignity etc.have have to suffer.
    And this ACP/MACP case of the poor government employees who are facing humiliation and bound to suffer do not fall under the category of glamour,media sensations etc.so how one can expect an early and natural justice.This case is not related to any filmy,plolitical or religious,cricket or any sports of dispute so why it will be listed or heard on the given time & date? But it doesn't mean that we should give up the hope.
    It is time to judge & monitor your patience.Believe in Tulsidas's saying "Dhiraj,dharma,mitra aur Nari,apat kal parakhie Chari".So this is time to remain united and fight the genuine case tooth to nail.Because we believe-"Zinda hai to zindgi ke jeet par yakin kar,julm ke ye char din,sitam ke ye char din,ye din bhi jayenge gujar ,gujar gaye hain hazar din".
    At least we can say that we are fighting as brave soldier & we are not coward.
    We will fight we will win.

  21. Taking decision is very difficult but postponing it is the easiest way, that is what, is happening in this case or the cases lying in the Courts. Best way to handle is giving another date.

  23. May I request to all those who matters in this country to give option to us to choose between MACP and ACP. I know Apex Court is not interested in resolving this issue pending for more than a decade.

That will be not good but even tough it is scrapped than thousands of the suffering,humiliated employee will get a kind of relief that their juniors are their juniors in terms of financial benefit too.So a natural justice & atmosphere will be established and moral of suffering staffs will be restored.

  25. Dear All, V Pay commission as well as VII pay commission recommended the MACP in hierarchy. now in any department who got MACP after Jan 2016 will be placed in the promotional Hierarchy, what an Idea sir ji the junior will get more pay than their seniors...
