  3. This is the biggest anomaly of the 6th pay commission yet no one is worried about it. If this had been in industrial or officer cadre there would have been huge demonstrations held. But poor LDCs cannot go on strike. Further the associations to which they belong to, the office bearers are of higher designation therefore they also do not give heed to grievances. If all this was not enough some are playing with their emotions by giving false hope. No one wants to represents the case vehemently. Altogether the state of LDCs in central government is pathetic.

  6. Comrade Pillai,
Shame on our leadership.Shame ! Shame !! Shame!!!
So early forgot the injustice with respect to MACP in Promotional Hierarchy?
It was an highlighted Demand of JCM /NJCA when notice of first Mass Strike was served to Government of India (July,2016),do our leadership remember or forgotten? This time such a virol issue is out of Charter of Demand.
If still blood is red and so the colour of JCM/NJCA please add the issue of MACP in Promotional Hierarchy in the Charter of Demand otherwise the employee will be forced to think that our leadership is sold out.
