  1. Union Guru ji,

    (a) What are the settlements done by the govt which were raised in the last All India Strike by the entire CG Employees ?

    (b) LDC-UDC anomalies demand vanished in this Charter of Demands ?

    (c) You all union"Mahapurus" know that Nation Pension System" has invested its majority of proceeds/collections into Share Market doing "Dhanteras" with the hard earned money of CG Employees, but you are demanding still.

    (d) In previous All India Strike, a large number of Administrative/Basic/Clerical staffs have faced 01 day service break by the means of "Dies Non" by the Authorities. But most of Union "Mahapurus" have faced nothing since they belong to Industrial categories. What will be the settlements of the ill fated employees?

    (e) Guruji, pls cite any examples where your so called strike have managed to settle at least 60% anomalies arisen out of 6CPC ?

Nothing.....you all union Gurujis, Mahapurusas know all these very well but still going to stage another DRAMA......pls stop all these....the every passers by of the offices chuckles and laughs seeing the "Happy Faced" "Busy over smartphones" CG Employees who are at strike roadside....people say very insane languages.

  2. Friends, National JCM has demanded 26000 minimum pay & 3.72 fitment formula on 7th pay commission. But Government is not ready for a negotiated settlement and wants to bypass the National JCM forum. On 10th December NJCM has submitted the detailed charter of demands to the cabinet secretary in which the demand for upgradation of LDC to UDC (as per pay commission recommendation-Please see item No. 6 of the charter of demands of 10th December 15) was given. Thus in order to compel the Government for a negotiated settlement NJCM has decided for indefinite strike action in which Railway and Defense employees also participating. The decision of NJCM will be benefited to Central Government employees and not beneficial for the anonymous comment writers to protect their cheep political interest. Central Government employees will reject all these anti employee elements.

  4. CHARTER OF DEMAND DOES NOT INDICATING ANYTHING FOR LDC UDC ISSUES THAT ARE NEITHER RESOLVED IN COURT NOR IN DISCUSSIONS WITH MINISTRY. IT APPEARS ARE JUST BEING USED FOR THE BENEFIT OF OTHERS
