If meeting convened, all the leaders should be agreed for minimum basic of Rs. 25,000/- and 4 ACP/MACP on promotional hierarchy has to be accepted. Then only the bottom level employees should concentrate on their work and lead the family with happiness. If not agreed by the Govt./Committee then they will be on road. So, I request all the union/confederation leaders Kindly look in to this matter and as well as the case of LDC/UDC.
Now atleast for the sake of poor LDCs can the JCM bring out the genuine issue of LDCs please. We are not asking for favour just asking to do justice with us. Employees of group D were brought to group C and were given superior benefits. Grade pay of postman, constable and Sepoy were raised while LDCs were completely or say deliberately ingored. The government pretends to be in oblivion whenever this downtrodden class of group C employees asks for justice. Hon'ble Secretary, JCM You are our only hope.
