  2. Once upon a time the British people being not able to tolerate the prevailing heat waves in summer have introduced vacations to judiciary staff. No other department in India is enjoying vacations other than judiciary. Why can't the govt could discontinue the age old tradition

  5. If even listing is not possible then it will be foolish to expect Justice from the so called People's Govt or the much Highest Court of the Land during one life of a common man. He should thank God even if his case is listed during his next Birth and hope for Justice in another next Birth. Thanks to Indian Justiciary and the Blind/ insensitive and corrupt Bureaucracy.

  8. To SP Sharma, well said. It appears that court is in hand in glove with govt. to postpone the judgement till 7CPC recommendations which may correct the anamoly.

  9. The officials working in the Supreme Court will also enjoy the benefit of MACP Anomaly if the case is in favour of Staff Side during judgment. Hence, At least the staff working in the Supreme Court may initiate and put their effort for early hearing. Let us hope for the best.

  10. It is shocking but true that for appointment of a High Court Judge, one has to pay Rs. 3 to 5 crores. When this corrupt people are appointed as Judges, how can expect a fair judgment. Always this type of Judges give judgments in favour of Govt. It clearly shows that Govt. and Courts in India are hand in glove. Mera Bharat Mahan......

  17. On one side the Hon'ble CJI gets emotional before the Hon'ble PM that the Judges are overburdened while on the other hand this type of cases are not being finalised and are getting DATE pe DATE.
