The mail S.L.P. bearing No.SLP(C)No.21803 of 2014- UOI Versus Mohanan Nair, with whom all the above mentioned cases are tagged is still not listed on 26.10.2015. How can connected cases be disposed of without the main case on 26.10.2015 by the Supreme Court?
The lawyer of Rajnikanta Deka and Ors has given 4 weeks time to submit their counter reply. We have in contact with their lawyer, who assured us to submit the counter reply by 14th of this month. This case may come up for hearing on 26th October. My observation is that on clearance of this case, the date of hearing of the case as whole i.e. MV Mohanan Nair & Ors which include the case of Rajni Kanta Deka and Ors will be decided.
Let us hope that the reply in Rajni Kanta Deka and others case is also filed well in time and there is no more case filed before 26.10.2015 so that the matter may be considered and disposed on 26th itself.
The constituted steering committee for MACP anomaly is silent till date. So far no information posted about the intervention plan, if they have any. The DOPT always take a stand that judgements are "personam". This is because they can neglect the other similarly placed aggrieved employees who do not approach court for legal remedy. The steering committee must come out to attain a final judgement which must clearly say that those similarly placed employees who do not approach court must also be given the benefit of the judgement invariably.
The Government of India should give its employees a minimum Bonus of Rs.10,000/-. In Kerala, the employees of Kerala State Beverages Corporation (Govt. of Kerala owned) are getting a bonus ranging from Rs.50,000/- to Rs.75,000/-
kindly let us know about the cadre review of official language staff in fod latest at the earliesrt as per the news it is roaming between financial advisor and fod we donot know whether any movement is there or not since cadre review is done for admn staff
Any information regarding completion of cadre review of Admn staff of FOD is not come to my knowledge. Whereas Ministry of Finance has returned the proposal for some more clarification and according to information Department has returned the same to FOD Hqrs. Similar is the position of the cadre restructuring of Official language staff. The person posted comments is advised to please ask the latest information through RTI from Ministry of Statistics. We are also trying our best.
We have submitted our position to the Pay Commission. JCM Staff side also persuaded to give a very positive recommendation on the matter. We expect a positive recommendation from the Pay Commission. If the pay commission not considers the issue positively, then the entire LDC & UDCs of the entire Departments of Government of India should react. If such a situation arises, a common centralized programme of LDC and UDC should be organized. A separate letter containing our views on the programme of action to be undertaken is being publishing in this web site immediately.
ldc and udc ka jabalpur cat case ka kya hua. 7 Pay commission to 01 jan 2016 se dega, hamari mang to 6 pay commission ne jo ldc ke sath annaya kiya hai us bare mai hai, 7 cpc se pahle ldc ko at list 2400 grade pe dena chahiye
pls note the entry point of various cadre (ministerial/secretarial/technical) posts and their grade pay in 6 cpc
LDC- GP---1900, Stenographer - 2400, Lab. Assistant- 2400. qualification for these entry point are XII with computer knowledge, XII and High school respectively.
pls look into above disparity and do the needful for the up-gradation of pay scales of LDC & UDC
