Railway employees federations are seeking for review of MACP to grade pay of Rs.2000 as they dont have such grade pay in railways. The same is in our LDC - UDC - Assistant case. In this administration cadre there is no suche grade pay of 2800/. But for UDCs the MACP is granted from G.P.2400 to 2800 which is a serious anomaly. It is requested that we must insist NAC to consider review this and MACP must be given in the Line of cadre hierarchy i.e., UDC-Asst. which is from 2400 to 4200 GP. It is also be noted that a lot of court cases are filed in CAT, High Courts and Supreme Court in this regard. This NAC is a golden opportunity. Please, do the needful from our Association and as our streeing committee convenor. Thanking you.

National Anomaly Committee meeting on 29th May 2015 is a joke. Nothing come out from this meetings. When these issues are pending since 2012, why these issue are not taken up. When railway unions/federations have given strike notice, then DOPT had woke up. Nation JCM(Staff Side) is totally failure. We can not expect any relief from these meetings. Why they did not pressurized the Govt. on these issues.
The above anonymous posting is absolutely true and enumerate the entire central government staff's views. Whenever, the staff side raise the MACP issue the DOPT babus stick on to say " this is not recommended by 6th CPC, that is not an anomaly, this is purely an administrative matter and does not belongs to pay commission anomaly etc., etc.," But, if it is for them they immediately and scientifically create file, note and favourable recommendation and implement it. The best example is OM No.35034/3/2008/Estt.(D) dated 24th December 2010. They, by issuing this OM, extended the MACP benefits to officers of HAG scale of Rs.67000-79000. Though the introduction of any new scale is strictly prohibited by 6th CPC, they introduced a new scale and further they extended the MACP benefit to that new scale. The high Officials were favoured in that manner. But for the lower paid employees they never show any consideration to alleviate their anomaly and squarely rejected every plea of genuine cause. We request our leaders to put up the facts and stop the step motherly treatment and indifference showed by higher official.
ALL KNOWS IT IS UN JUSTICE THAT THOSE WHO GOT MACP BEFORE 31ST AUGUST 2008 THEY ARE GETTING GRADE PAY 4200/- AND IN THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER 2008 THEY ARE GETTING GRADE PAY 2800/ FOR ONLY ONE MONTH GAP THIS IS A VAST DIFFERENCE AND IT WILL ALSO AFFECT IN 7TH PAY COMMISSION PAY FIXATION AND IN PENSION PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL BEFORE 7TH PAY COMMISSION
Grant of 4200 grade pay for UDCs under MACP is a long burning issue and nothing has been done so far. There is no one to take up our case. No promotion for 10 years.. and MACP gives 400 Rs benefit. 75% of the work done by LDCs & UDCs and they hardly get any benefits. I think it is better to scrap pay commission as expectations only cause disappointment!!
What about the ldc and udc discussion oanomalies from gp 1900 to 2800 and 2400 to 4200
