MACP on promotional hierarchy will be accepted by Govt., because it will be less advantageous for Section Officers working in the ministries as they got non functional grade pay. These babus sitting in the minitries are opposing MACP in promotional hierarchy. When DOPT had asked from the ministries regarding which is advantageous of ACP and MACP. Even these National JCM is not pursuing the matter. It seems that these National JCM members have no interest in these issues. Now, only hope is to pursue the case in the Supreme Court. It is requested that National JCM should intervene in the Supreme Court cases for the welfare of the lakhs of Central Govt. Employees.
MACP ka problem yadi higher level per rahta to turant solve ho jata. yanha to lower level per hai. higher level ko inse kiya matlbe. meeting me aya honge kazu, badam chala hoga bas meeting stop. yanha to lower karmchari paresan hai. jo benefit 12 sal me milna tha o 20 sal me milega. this problem higher level per hota to kiya karte- ab humlog ko suprme court per asha hai. this govt. kuch nahi karega. bus sirfe japegae good day Aa gaya hai.
partiality and indifference shown towards the group-c employees must be stopped. Before granting the MACP the line of promotion to that particular cadre to which the employee belongs should be taken into account. MACP must be granted in that line of promotion to that particular cadre employees. Then only the uniformity will be restored. Otherwise, for employees, those who are harassed by stagnation of promotion , MACP is not only disadvantageous, but they will be placed in a inferior position as they will be granted inferior grade pay which do not present in their line of promotion. In other words, though MACP is granted, promotional finance benefit is not achieved, which means they don't get relieved from the stagnation. Hence, MACP does not serve the very purpose, for which it was introduced. This side effect is more dangerous than the disease, if the medicines given for patient result in developing side effect. The MACP formulated and designed by the babus create more dangerous side effects than it cure the stagnation of promotion, which is malicious and against the natuaral justice.
