SUBMISSION OF A COPY
OF THE STRIKE NOTICE TO THE REGIONAL HEAD-REGARDING

Unit Secretaries,
As has already
been informed, this Association has issued strike notice to join the
Confederation called 2 days’ strike on 12 & 13 February 2014, copy of the
same is posted elsewhere in this web site. In this respect a circular to the
Units, requesting to join the strike was sent on 30th of January
2014. Since the notice has already been served to the Secretary MoS & PI on
21/1/2014 and the copy of the same was submitted to the DDG, NSSO (FOD) New Delhi, NSSO (DPD
& NSSO (SDRD) Kolkata, no need of serving any separate notice at Regional
or Zonal level. However, a copy of the notice may be submitted to the Regional/Zonal
Head for information. All Units are therefore requested to give a copy of the
notice to them on 10th February 2014. Those who have not received Association circular
so far may please down load it from the Association web site.
