Defense employees proposed indefinite
strike from 17.02.2014 withdrawn
Only sectional demands discussed by defence ministry. No
discussion or ensurance about DA merger, Interim Relief, Date of effect of 7th
CPC and New Pension Scheme. On the other hand, despite of 96 percent Railway
employees voted in favour of indefinite strike on the issues of Pay Commission,
DA Merger, Interim Relief, New Pension Scheme etc, Railway unions have not
taken it seriously.
CONFEDERATION IS THE ONLY
ORGANISATION WHICH IS CONDUCTING UNCOMPROMISING FIGHT AGAINST THE POLICIES OF
THE CENTRAL GOVT. AND ALSO FOR THE JUSTIFIED DEMANDS OF THE CENTRAL GOVT.
EMPLOYEES. And we conducted the two day strike successfully.
LET US KEEP UP THIS FIGHTING SPIRIT
AND CONTINUE OUR STRUGGLE IN THE COMING DAYS.
In India, lower grade employees will not get any benefits from the Government without any agitation. We can find this truth in Indian history. The main reasons for this cause that policy are being made by the bureaucrat in AC Room secretly and no participation of ground level employees in policy decision.
ReplyDeleteWe r also waiting for 50% merger. And for lower posts MACP Scheme is also amended it should be on hierarchy of promotional post instead of hierarchy of grade pay. when the Supreme Court is dismissed the SLP in this regard then a big request/pressure should be made on DOPT/Central Govt. as to implement the Court Orders for every lower grade employee.
