Dear friends,
This Association is
willing to prepare a comparative statement in connection with the pay structure
of LDC & UDC in various State Governments. The comparative statement so
prepared will be sent to the JCA where the case of LDC and UDC is pending for
decision. The pay scales of LDC
& UDC of Kerala, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, UttarKhand are
available with this Association. Readers are requested to help by supplying the
pay scales of LDC & UDC of other state Governments where these cadres are
getting more Pay (Pay plus DA & other allowance which falls under Pay) than
the LDC & UDC in Central Government.

West Bengal State Government's pay Band, Grade pay of LDC and UDC are as under :-
ReplyDelete1. LDC :- Grade Pay Rs. 2600/- in PB-2 of Pay Band Rs.5400 - 25200 /-
2. UDC :- Grade Pay Rs. 3600/- in PB-3 of Pay Band Rs. 7100-37600/-
from Sri S.Banerjee, UDC, IBM, Kolkata, West Bengal
state government employees are enjoying higher pay but the central government is not willing to give any benefit to LDC/UDC/STENO of group c employees even after the efforts by association.
ReplyDeleteThe U.T Administration, Chandigarh have also allowed Bus Conductor (Ticket katne wala)Grade Pay is Rs. 2400/- But where our sleeping mode Central Govt. Admn. whose not awakening in respect of LDC/UDC Cadre. I will hope may be JCA (under DOPT) some thing will do as proper manner before Lok Sabha Elecation.

DeleteSir, central govt employe posted in all over india for job and no more additional allownces given by govt. And HRA is also recoverd by the govt. & state govt. Employe only work and posted in state after that they are in the 2400/- grade pay sir its not justice with central govt. Ldc persons ...... please sir do something for us
