Administrative Staff (NG) has raised the issue regarding revision of Grade Pay
of LDCs and UDCs belonging to Non-CSCS.
2. As subject matter is
relates to anomaly in the Grade Pay of LDC and UDC which is the subject matter
of JCA Section, they are requested to take necessary action in the matter under
intimation to this Division.

ReplyDeleteThanks Pillai Ji for uploading this massage. Now the time has come up to take this to DOPT and higher level. Hence, you should approach along with all the copies and representation of LDC/UDC's from various departments which are received by you. All the General Secretaries of confederation/Union/Associations from various departments and Ministries including Railway and Defence should come forward on this matter other wise the DOPT will not take any action in this matter. Now, all leaders of all unions should represent to DOPT to convening the date of Anomaly Committee meeting immediately and the 1st point should be LDC/UDC's Gr. pay matter only. Accordingly I am herewith requesting you to on behalf of all LDC/UDC's of our nation. Early action will give early decision. Jai Hind.
ReplyDeleteThanks Mr. Pillai ji for understanding the real problem to LDC/UDC family. I think you have to prepare a draft for the taking a case to up-gradation to the grade pay to LDC & UDC with the CSCS cadre for speedy action to the DOPT. The DOPT has already set up a committee to the enhance a grade pay to the LDC/UDC cadre to the only CSCS cadre. If CSCS cadre & non-CSCS cadre resolved in respect of LDC & UDC cadre will be more beneficial than present scenario.

Thanks Sir for raising the issue at higher level. We were thinking that LDC/ UDC category will always be deprived off by the govt for their legitimate claim of enhanced grade pay as projected by you.

Also order of CAT, New Delhi on Defence UDC and other 18 UDC. Sir may be attached with DS- JCA for speedy disposal of this case please
ReplyDeleteThis is very biggest efforts done by you Mr.Pillai as the clerical staff LDC & UDC is having more work, doing unlimited time very hard work than higher rank officers but getting lower grade pay it is just near to Group "D" staff. It is getting down after IV Pay commission onwards continued.
ReplyDeleteHence this is immediate required to upgrade & restructuring the post name as the LDC/UDC is known lower rank in view of public & higher rank officers.

ReplyDeleteWhile it is appreciated, we felt that finding out appropriate section i.e., JCA takes this much of time is regrettable. To avoid further delay to get justice please fasten up next steps. All LDC & UDC are very much thankful to you sir. Further, MACP up gradation in promotional hierarchy must also be pressurized. CAT & COURT's judgements are 100% favoring this. The implementation of judgement must also be achieved by our association in time. Always gratefully with you sir.
ReplyDeleteThanks Sir, The JCA take _____ time for decision of PMO letter. We may write RTI application to JCA. The Pressure may kindly be given to JCA so that as early as possble he may take decision for better financial position of LDC/UDC and his family.
