Yes this is the right step.
ReplyDeleteAll should join the march
Comrade Pillaiji,
ReplyDeleteplease display the 11 other items of demand in the website so that we may be more interested and support the issue with more enthusiasm and clear cut idea

This is really a good decision to organise such a march in front of Parliament for implementing their demands. We were expected that the Government will take decision in favour of Group C employees and will grade Grade Pay 4200 w.e.f 1.1.2006 just like it has granted Grade Pay 4600 to the Assistant and PA.
ReplyDeletePay commission in every 5 years is fine. But where is the benefit to lower grade category. The benefit can only be achieved if the percentage system is introduced from top.
ReplyDeleteLDC/UDC grade pay may be fixed as 4200/-
yes definitely the grade pay of LDC and UDC should be fixed as 4200 w.e.f 1.1.2006 but the Government is in habitual to cut a wages of low paid employees and fill up their pockets. One can request to the honest person for implementing the same but how could we expect that a thief who cut our wages by implementing MACP SCHEME (420 SCHEME)would return the same.
