You are aware that Department of
Expenditure (DoE) in principle agreed for the upgradation of grade pay of the
genuine cases of the LDC & UDC. And accordingly Ministry of Statistics
& Programme Implementation (MoS&PI) has been directed to send a
proposal for the restructuring of the LDC and UDC, posted under their control through
IFD. As has already been said that the restructuring of posts is a time
consuming exercise and there will be a considerable cut in the present strength
of LDC & UDC as well. Also the implementation of the upgradation will only
be taken place from the date of acceptance of the report of restructuring.
In view of the above, Confederation
has again advised us to prepare for filing a case in the CAT. For filing a case
in the CAT we require the following documents immediately.
1. Recruitment
rule of the Data entry operator (previous and present i.e. prior to the
implementation of 6th CPC and after the implementation of 6th
CPC).
2. Pay
scales of Group D staff from 3rd Pay Commission onwards and
recruitment rules of Group D staff (Previous and present).
3. Pay
scale of LDC & UDC from 3rd Pay Commission onwards and
recruitment rules of LDC (Previous and present)
All friends are requested to please forward the aforesaid
documents, especially the recruitment rules of Data entry operator with pre-revised
pay scale 4000-100-6000/ immediately so that we may file the case by the
stipulated time period i.e. by 1st week of March 2014.

ReplyDeleteSir, I am searching but yet to find out the complete document which you desired. Just see egazette.nic.in - weekly gazette - part II subsection i - G.S.R. 24 of 2010. I want to contribute fees for filling the case in CAT. Please guide us accordingly. You may reply to my e-mail id. atanu_bt@yahoo.co.in.
ReplyDeletePlease let me clarify whether the LDC/UDC of subordinate offices, who have joined by possessing the requisite qualification and doing the multifarious administrative assignments at their own credit, are not in ambit of this initiatives. What is real condition of LDC/UDC in subordinate offices of GOI, May be they are alone and few, executing all types of administrative works, complying with newly established laws like RTI and more. Just think again before stepping up for court case in the interest of a particular segment of LDC/UDC of GOI. It is possible only in India, without any work study department wise. Ridiculous reply to DOPT only to J.S of MoS & PI. Is there not any other Department/Offices where LDC/UDC are working?
