It may be enlightened why the scheduled date of hearing is going on to change again and again. Any clarity in the matter. Are we going to get succeeded in the matter of MACP on hierarchy. So many questions. But the lower rung of cadres should reap benefit this time, else, these cadres of ldc/udc are the sheer losers forever.

ReplyDeleteIn MACP on promotional hierarchy there is no in between grade pay beginning from G.P.of Rs5400/- and above but where as in lower payscale there is provision of in between grade pay so only the lower cadre employees where there is no chances of promotion are real sufferer. kindly highlight this point and this aspect.
ReplyDeleteNow-a-days, Supreme Court judgments are dependent on whims and fancies of judges and court are working as sub-ordinate offices of the Govt.
