(1) Upgrdation of Minimum Pay & Fitment formula

(2) Immediate implementation of allowances

(3) Grating of 3% dearness allowances to CG Employees opted 7th Pay Scale, w.e.f. 01/07/2016

(4) Immediate Upgradation of the post of LDC to UDC

(5) Implementation of MACP on promotional hierarchy as per the recommendation of 7^th Pay Commission

(6) Giving parity of wage to the Administrative Staff of Subordinate offices with the administrative staff of Central Secretariat

(7) Implementation of 7^th Pay Commission to the staff of autonomous bodies
